Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), unless otherwise noted.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier. Once your order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier and are outside our control.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control, but we will do our best to help if issues arise.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos. If a package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available by appointment when offered at checkout.

Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.
