Refund policy
At Jewelz DeZine LLC, each product is handmade in small batches with great care and intention. Because many of our items are personal care and fragrance products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
Returns
Unopened and unused items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless an error occurred on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly work with you to offer a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not already shipped.
